Whether you’re new to building a home or you’ve done it all before, we’ll guide you through the process from start to finish.

Let’s get started

We start by meeting with you, introducing our team and having a free, no obligation discussion about your vision for your new home and what you want to achieve for your budget. Do you have your own plans, or do you want us to prepare plans for you? We want to understand what’s important to you in a new home and how you want your home to support your lifestyle.

Concept designs and budget estimates

This is where we work out the specifics of your new home: whether it’s single or double story home or a multi-dwelling development. We decide on the rooms, the layout and the best use of your land, and then we prepare concept designs and a preliminary estimate. If you decide to go ahead, we provide you with a fixed price quote.

Building approvals

Then, sit back and leave all the approvals to us. We arrange all the necessary insurances and building approvals.

Construction

We start construction on the date specified in the contract, after building and finance approvals. We keep in close contact with you throughout the build, so there’s no surprises as your beautiful home comes to life.

Handover

This is what it’s all about: the day you get the keys, we take you through your new home room by room and give you all the plans, building approvals, warranties, compliance paperwork and operating manuals and instructions.
